General Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and ensure the continued success of our café. As the General Manager at Boards and Brews, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the café's operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional guest experience, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. You’ll lead a team of enthusiastic staff members, driving high standards of service and cultivating a community-centric atmosphere.
Back of House
Join our team in the kitchen! Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking menu items to specification, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking supplies. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality dishes. Attention to detail and efficiency are key. Kitchen experience preferred but not required—training provided!
